"What if Silicon Valley reimagined the document recording process from the ground up the right way?"

We asked ourselves this very question in late 2013 and realized the document recording process was broken and did not serve the small firms. It was hard to believe that an industry so massive and vitally important to the economy could continue to function with virtually no innovation and did not serve the small firms.


We decided to fix it. Record My Document's was born.


We brought together the best technology, operations, and data to build the next generation recording platform. This meant rethinking customer acquisition, user experience, analysis, underwriting, operational efficiency, consumer brand, and more.

Fundamentally, we believe a technology-enabled marketplace that brings together the county recording inefficiency and user end is the future of recording. By combining our platform with a world-class entrepreneurial team, we've made that future a reality.
