RecordMyDocuments is dedicated to revolutionizing the mortgage process. A big part of that "revolution" is our commitment to prompt and convenient communication with our borrowers, vendors and others. For that, we rely on email, electronic documentation and our web portal. Because we rely on these methods of communication to conduct our business and make certain disclosures available to you as part of the mortgage application process, we must have your consent to interact with us and receive disclosures electronically. Your consent will apply to this mortgage loan application and other mortgage loan applications hereafter. If you do not consent, we will not be able to continue with the online application process, however we can still assist you in person or over the telephone. While your Loan Dashboard will always be the primary source of information we provide to you, and may include messages from your loan team, status updates, disclosures, valuations and other files, we may also email or mail you documents from time to time.

To receive disclosures electronically, you need access to an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, and a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat or CutePDF, since disclosures may be in PDF format. You will also need access to a printer or the ability to download information in order to keep copies for your records.
